scenes from a friendship
The works in Scenes from a Friendship are built from reclaimed wood, worn fabric, wax, ash, earth, and construction debris. I use these marked and imperfect materials to think about two people choosing to be close— about connection, vulnerability, asymmetry, rupture, repair, and the structures that sustain deep friendship.
